Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on May 13, 2022, found that Bayada Home Health Care, Inc., had corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of a complaint investigation and re-licensure survey completed on March 24, 2022.
